Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
